Each member of WACH UND MECKES und Partner Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB (Dr. Karl J. T. Wach, Frank Meckes, Dr. Arno Riethmüller, Maximilian Menz and Robert Straubmeier) is entitled to represent the partnership.

When used in relation to WACH UND MECKES und Partner Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB, the term "Partner" refers to a member of the partnership or to an employee with equivalent standing and qualifications.

All lawyers of WACH UND MECKES und Partner Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB are admitted as lawyers (Rechtsanwalt) in the Federal Republic of Germany or are European lawyers (Europäische Rechtsanwälte) under the Act on the Activities of European Lawyers in Germany (Gesetz über die Tätigkeit europäischer Rechtsanwälte in Deutschland, EuRAG) and in each case are members of the bar association (Rechtsanwaltskammer) at Tal 33, 80331 Munich, Germany (Link).
